Telemedicine comes in a number of formats. Users can send pictures to a physician, chat online about an injury or even video conferencing. In a world where everything seems to be digital, this move seems logical. Benefits include convenience, low-cost, decreased travel and reducing the spread of infection. Bennett warns though that his should not serve as a total replacement for seeing a therapist. There are situation in which clients need to be facing to face to get the best treatment from their therapist.
