Sharon Prince Grace Farms Foundation has about 25 employees but does not have an executive director but Ms. Sharon Prince plays the role. The foundation is a non-profit organization and is also tax exempted. Sharon Prince steered towards the Grace Farms project, a new kind of public place. With the support of her husband Robert P. Prince together with more than 100 other donors saw to it that the project was a success.

Around $120 million was used in the development of the new center. An article on The New York Times entitled “The Spiritual and Spectacular Meet at an Ultramodern Community Center in Connecticut”, talks about a facility which is a nature center, gym, hub for social justice groups, community garden and a part-time ecumenical chapel — and that is only a partial list. SANAA, a Japanese architecture company was tasked with the project, from designing the ultra-modern structures to the finishing of the complex that was launched on 9th October 2015. The River is the main building, and it has five distinct sections. Its mega glass walls provide a view of the forests and meadows.

The Grace farms have a spiritual aspect bearing in mind that most of the founders are faithful at the Grace Community Church and it initially was approved partly for religious reason. It became clear at the end that it was meant for the public, irrespective of their faiths or those with no faith at all.

In the near past, under the chairmanship of Grace Prince, the Grace Farms Foundation which is passionately committed to social change entered into an MOU with the Country of Georgia. The MOU meant that the parties develop comprehensive approaches that combat gender-based violence and human trafficking.
